Management Position | |
Hiring: Restaurant General Manager Salami Social Club is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our interests to continue to put out the best pizza there is our industry. The Restaurant Manager reports to the owners. The Restaurant General Manager will plan and direct all restaurant operations. Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilisation of staff and resources. Experience & Qualifications: Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in German and English. Must demonstrate 2 years previous experience in food and beverage management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with managing inventory and cost control is required. An in-depth working knowledge of alcoholic beverages (craft beer) is preferred; food preparation andpresentation is required. Experience in restaurant/food service staff management and development is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is required. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of planning and forecasting. Demonstrated knowledge of administrative procedures is preferred. Must be able to use relevant computer applications: Microsoft word, excel; restaurant specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications. In possession of a valid driving licence is required. Full-time contract: 3500,00 EUR per month Cheers! |
